When I Was Sent To Jail, I Felt Like I Was At Home – Shatta Wale

Shatta Wale has revealed the treatment he got from jail.

In 2021, the popular musician was arrested following a viral report about him being shot.

He was remanded after being charged with publicizing false news together with some of his team members.

The Shatta Movement boss disclosed in a recent interview that he felt like he was at home when he was sent to jail.

“When I went to jail, I actually felt like I was at home. Because people have been in there for 30 years, and they’ve never seen Shatta Wale.

“So, as they saw me, they fetched water for me. Some brought me food from their visitors. Just like the way people see me on the streets and kneel down, it was the same way in the jailhouse,” Shatta Wale told Giovanni Caleb on Showbiz 360.
