“We Will See The Trophy Returning To Ghana” – Sports Minister Says After The 2022 World Cup Trophy Landed In Ghana (See Photos)

The Sports Minister of Ghana, Mustapha Ussif, is hopeful about Ghana’s victory at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

He said the Black Stars will win this year’s World Cup.

Mr Ussif made this statement after the 2022 World Cup trophy was sent to Ghana for a 2-day tour.

“In Sha Allah, we will see the trophy returning to Ghana in December. The Black Stars will win the World Cup,” he told TV3.

GFA President, Kurt Okraku, also talked about how the arrival of the trophy in Ghana will motivate the team.

“I feel energized and motivated. The feeling is good and I believe it will be transferred to the players ahead of the World Cup. All we need is for the country to be solidly behind us and we will do well,” he said.

Fans will have the opportunity to take photos with the trophy which has been kept in a glass case.

Black Stars will play against Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay in the group stages.
