I Have Not Found A Job After I Left Parliament – Former MP

Former MP, Nii Amasah Namoale, has said he has not found a job after leaving parliament.

He made this revelation in an interview with Adom News.

The former Member of Parliament for La Dade-Kotopon claimed some of his colleagues cannot even provide for their families.

He indicated that some people have been helping him.

“The country hasn’t made any arrangements for lawmakers to survive on when they leave Parliament. I have searched for jobs since I left, but I haven’t found any. So if it wasn’t for the support of my friends and family, life would have been very difficult.

“Also some of the people I helped while in the office, visit me once in a while and give me cash.”

“I can’t mention their names, but some are so poor that, they cannot take care of their families,” he said about some of his colleagues.
