I Was Expecting 6 Figures – Kwaw Kese Reacts To A Report That He Has 13k Cedis With GHAMRO

Kwaw Kese has reacted to a report that he is having 13,000 cedis with the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO).

Some days ago, the Ghanaian rapper complained about not receiving royalties after 20 years of doing music.

After his complaint, the interim Chairman of GHAMRO, Rex Omar, revealed that Kwaw is having about Ghc 13,000 sitting in the black box of the organization.

He said the rapper has not been paid because he has not given his details to them.

Replying to this in a tweet, Kwaw Kese stated that he was expecting 6 figures.

He also claimed that he has not received any call from GHAMRO.

The rapper wrote: “Thanks for your effort 🙏🏽. I haven’t gotten any calls from GHAMRO. 13k for 20yrs isn’t enough. Was expecting 6 figures but once it’s my money I’ll take it.”
