I Started Highlife Music Through Nana Acheampong’s Influence – Daddy Lumba Discloses
Daddy Lumba has disclosed who introduced him to Highlife.
He revealed at the Kabfam Legends Night that his longtime friend, Nana Acheampong, was the one who influenced his decision to do Highlife music.
Before that, he said he was doing Gospel in Germany.
“When I went to Germany, I was doing Gospel until I found Nana Acheampong who introduced me to Highlife. He has played a major role in my music career and I owe him a lot,” Lumba divulged.
Daddy Lumba and Nana Acheampong put smiles on the faces of patrons with their performances at the event.
They also performed their song ‘Yee Ye Aka Akwantuom’.
