Ayisha Modi Sues Diamond Appiah Over Land Issue

Ayisha Modi has sued Diamond Appiah over a land issue.

The Ghanaian socialite dragged Diamond to court after she failed to secure land in East Legon for her.

She allegedly collected $30,000 from Ayisha.

Following the suit, Diamond Appiah pleaded not guilty to a count of fraudulent transaction in a land deal.

According to Graphic Showbiz, Diamond was granted bail in the sum of GH¢300,000 with two sureties after she appeared before the court presided over by Evelyn Asamoah on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

The case has been adjourned to February 8, 2023.
